By installing or using Chatrise, you agree to these terms.
Service
Chatrise is an AI assistant for Shopify admin. It uses OpenAI's ChatGPT to answer questions about your store, draft content, and perform actions you confirm. Chatrise is provided "as is" without warranties.
Plans and billing
- Free: 25 messages per calendar month, read-only tools, GPT-5 model
- Pro Monthly: $29 USD/month, 1000 messages, all tools including write actions, GPT-5 model, 7-day free trial
- Pro Annual: $290 USD/year, same as Pro Monthly, 17% savings
Billing is handled entirely through Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Cancellation is immediate, no refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Chatrise to violate Shopify's terms of service
- Attempt to bypass message limits or billing
- Use Chatrise to send spam or unsolicited messages to customers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our system prompts
- Resell or repackage Chatrise as your own product
AI-generated content
Chatrise responses are generated by OpenAI's GPT models. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content and actions before they take effect. We are not liable for losses from acting on incorrect AI responses.
All write actions (creating discounts, updating products, etc.) require explicit user confirmation via on-screen action cards before they execute.
Data ownership
Your store data remains yours. We process it to provide the service. See Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsarise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Chatrise. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can uninstall Chatrise at any time. We can terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 48 hours.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
